Privacy Policy

Last updated October 3, 2026

This policy explains what personal information livinghealthymom.com (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it and what choices you have. It is written in plain language; please contact us if anything is unclear.

Information we collect

  • Newsletter signup: if you subscribe, we collect your email address, the time you signed up, whether you ticked the consent box, and the page you signed up from.
  • Messages: if you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.
  • Usage data: we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to measure traffic: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. This uses cookies or similar identifiers; see our Cookie Policy. Our web host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
  • Tools: what you enter in our planners and trackers stays in your browser’s local storage on your device. We do not receive it.
  • Comments: comments are currently turned off on this site.

How we use it

  • To send you the newsletter you asked for (new articles, guides and tools).
  • To understand which content is useful and to improve the site.
  • To keep the site secure and to reply to your messages.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the site, including our web hosting provider and Google (analytics). We may use an email service to deliver the newsletter and will update this policy if we do. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Amazon and other sites

Links to Amazon and other sites take you away from this site. Those sites have their own privacy policies. If you buy through an Amazon link, Amazon tells us about qualifying purchases but does not give us your personal details.

How long we keep information

We keep newsletter details until you ask us to remove them. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our analytics account. Messages are kept as long as needed to deal with your request.

Your choices and rights

  • You can ask us to remove you from the newsletter, or to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, using the contact page.
  • You can block cookies in your browser or opt out of Google Analytics (see the Cookie Policy).
  • Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law. We rely on your consent for the newsletter and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site for basic analytics and logs.

Children

This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change; the “last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
