My goal is to help mom’s and dads know how to bake healthy tasty treats for their kids that will improve their life and their health.
I was once asked, what is one thing that you know to be true that most people WOULD NOT believeMy answer is……..I KNOW that you can bake delicious treats that can contain a lot of nutritional value AND are also delicious! Most people do not believe this until they start healthy baking!
My beliefs About Healthy Baking:
1. I believe in only eating food that tastes GREAT. I don’t care if it is healthy or unhealthy, I will not cook or eat food that doesn’t make your taste buds happy.
Therefore, all of my healthy baking recipes are delicious! (In my humble opinion)
2. I believe that you can bake with whole grains and natural sweeteners, yet enjoy dessert or baked treats even MORE than you did when you were eating white flour and white processed sugar.(This taste gets old and makes you feel sick and fat!)
3. I believe that your family will be healthier by indulging in desserts, muffins, snacks and healthy breakfast treats that provide your body with the nutrients that it needs.
4. I believe that feeding your family healthy and delicious foods is one of the most FUN and rewarding things you can do!
